So I was perusing the local CT today and checking out what was new in the guns and ammo department. Lo and behold, a pile of Imperial shotshells. ROFL. I snapped a pic and the clerk kind of looked at me funny and I commented how that ammo was older then me. He laughed and commented how they we're having a hard time keeping the shelves stocked and this is what they had right now to sell. Somebody must of been really digging through the warehouses to dig this stuff up. Also makes me wonder what else might be buried deep in the depths......

Was it IVI or CIL

That is new production ammo. Maker unknown to me. No way Imperial ever loaded #7 steel shot. It has only become available in target loads over the last year or two. I want some. I will check my local CTC.

That's what I thought .
Didn't CT have their own brand of shotgun shells made for them ?
Maybe they bought the Imperial trade mark . Can't get more Canadian than that ;)
Now if only they would start making 22 rimfire

We registered the trademark a few years ago, but dropped it to focus on Dominion. Libec (challenger) registered it last year. It looks like they are now packaging under the name.
