think yes, but without proof a cop could interpret it differently when he sees you can fit 6 or 7 shells in a semi. Its chambered for 2 3/4" and 3", the law states 5 rds of the ammunition the gun is chambered for. Being chambered for both, he may see it as 5 rds. period. More grey area

930 are chambered for 3" shells, the fact that you can shoot 2 3/4" in it means nothing . Same reasoning goes for fitting more than 10 rounds of 9mm in a magazine made for .40SW , perfectly legal.
