Yeah...some guy put a few bricks of CCI blazer through his NEA 10/22 barrel, leaded the crap out of it and then got a cleaning brush stuck in it. Then he used a hammer to bash it deeper into the barrel. Then he blamed NEA for it.
NEA replaced this clown's barrel.
Yup, but as I recall, they refused to replace the barrel, stating their new warranty policy… but I didn’t follow it all the way… clearly, in some aspects their Warranty was being taken advantage of…
And people not connected to NEA who said they were quite happy with NEA rifles would get accused of shilling. By the same posters, who can't resist the urge to crap up any thread that mentions NEA. Then those same posters wonder why no-one bothers to post.
It is like arguing with evangelicals of any stripe, even though their ideas might be bat-sh!t crazy, or just flat out wrong, but you'll never convince them they they aren't the way, the truth and the light.
Sorry OP, will stop contributing to the derail of your thread now.
I guess you were here and followed it all the way through… I suppose you have full and complete knowledge of why NEA is taboo around here… let us be clear, there were no shilling accusations until USP outed gunnybunny… since then it has been a running joke... as childish as it sounds, we didn’t start this, they did… on that note, the South African dealer that tried to tell us how great NEA is was just… too funny…
To the OP, I have never heard of a gas tube failure such as yours… but there are a few problems I have never heard of until NEA showed up… for instance, a broken forward assist…
