A vehicle propelled by any power other than muscular power, or a moped, But does not include a bicycle, a power bicycle, an aircraft, AN IMPLEMENT OF HUSBANDRY or a motor vehicle that runs only on rails.
My "shooting bench" lacks any real propultion any more, and was once a fine implement of husbandry. I would say that I am reasonably safe...

Besides, technically it`s MY Implement of Husbandry, and he is currently using it as a shooting bench. And it`s only a little old John Deere anyway, now if it said Massey Ferguson it would be a real good shooting bench....
If it was a MF, it wold make a good target frame.
Only a John Deere indeed! I bet that JD still runs and pulls a haybine and baler better than any new Case or Holland. I have a gun rack in the cab of my JD... Any coyote on my fields is pissing on my hay and destroying my crop.
