Taking pictures of firearms outside the apartment I'm looking after would NOT be a good idea! Especially in the area I'm in- one of the worst parts of
town. Doing my best to keep a low profile on the firearm front.

Range report:
First firing went great- 80 rounds of '53 Czech surplus and no issues with
loading, firing or ejecting. The pistol was a hoot to fire- a lil more pep than
a reg 9mm load but not too wild. Sights on these pistols are lacking and
I found myself hitting really low at 20-25 yards. Had to get about 10 feet away to see where the rounds were going.

It looks like these cases are being ejected while the firing pin is still in contact with the primer. Would a slightly stronger firing pin spring be the remedy?

Here's a couple of shots of mine with Czeck style grips that cover the backstrap I managed to find a couple of years ago. The hogue handall makes the combo very sweet. I love the flame ball these things generate. This setup improves the grip angle for my tastes. I advise you to buy up as much ammo as you can aford when you find it.

I think the tt33 is quite simular to the 1911. A little too much eh?
I really like the double diamond grips gnmontey. I see you've got a nice setup now, and yes they're tons-o-fun. I'm really impressed with the velocity of the 762x25.
I'm not sure of the manufacture year of mine but will do some homework and find out.

The slide assembly might be interchangable but I'm not sure about the magazine. In the 213 theres a long U shaped spacer thats pinned in the magwell IIRC so you might have to mod the TT frame.

yeah- I've seen that spacer in the mag. some peeps have tried firing a
9mm round using a 7.62 mag- sometimes it works if you line it up properly
but i'll stick to what each pistol is required to use.

I know what you mean! Very little wear inside and out when I first got mine too. My 1st day shooting it: 80 rounds. Probably more than every previous
soldier it was issued to combined, by the looks of it. Thanks again to Badger Arms for such an excellent condition TT-33.

The 213 mags are different, They are not as high due to the spacer in the magwell. The russian tts are superior to the chinese anyways. There is some 7.62x25 ammo on the way shortly, I dont know exactly when or prices but it will be sooner than later!

I actually don't like tokagypt grips, i find that the original are a lot, alot more comfortable. The only people that might prefer tokagypt grips are people with really large hands. tokagypt grips tend to give you a slide bite too. i guess togagypt grips is like 2 generation glock to 4 gen glock, for the 4th gen they went with slightly smaller grips and a lot of people really like them. I handled both and reall prefer smaller grips.
