My new (used) press appears to be missing something!

If the Ram normally has the shell carrier (which align with the turret) would it align with a single hole without it?

EDIT:
Have been going between part lists for pro 1000, and the 3 ring turret.
Part numbers for base (tp2125) , and top ring (tp2126) are the same.

It would seem a ram replacement (TP2107), and confirmation of column height (possible column replacement) would allow for use as a manual indexing 3 hole turret.

My 3 hole turret press columns are 4 1/4 inches long(not including threads!) measured bewteen the base, and top plate.

Even if you got the proper ram to load rifle cases you would not be able to size 30-06 length cases as the opening will only accommodate maximum length 2.3" loaded rounds, if you are on a tight budget as many of us were when we started out look for a used single stage press. If you can't return this press to the seller advertise it on the EE with a pic, you should easily be able to get your money back.
 
For the price of it, i think ill keep it for now and start looking for a single stage press. That is what i was looking for originally until i came across (what i thought was a turret press). The columns on mine are just a hair longer than 5", so i think i will order a 3 hole turret ram and three new columns for a turret press. If the pricing at higginsons is the same as the lee website it should cost less the $20 to have a non indexing three hole turret set-up for future reloading.
 
Sorry for bumping up and old thread, but i was going to post this press on the e.e. But someone had messaged me here asking if id ever sell it to let them know first. Ive since lost that p.m so im just going to give them a chance to message me again.
