Anyone here own,or have used both a Cynergy and a 725? I like the low profile reciever much better than the older Citori's and Supers, but cant decide which one. Does either one come in a sporting version with non-ported barrels? Hate those holes.
Check out the posts in the skeet/ trap/ sporting clays section boys are having some problems with the 725.
Mine has probley got avarage of 75 rounds a week since I bought it at the end of june.its been flawess .yup if its a browning with sporting in the name there is going to be more than 2 holes in the barrels![]()
If it is who I am thinking you better be nice to his babyIm leaning towards the Cynergy anyway, theres a guy at the club with one, maybe I can shoot a round with his.
His name is Wade, and he has alot of shotguns, kinda like you LOL
Shot a friend's Cynergy. Not my cup of tea at all. Gimmicky to me with that cut out stock and that new puttplate. 725 then.

I wouldn't call the Inflex recoil pad a gimmick, as it works. It does reduce felt recoil, so it does what it was designed to do, no gimmick. Problem is that many think its ugly and that just a personal opinion which everyone is entitled to. But it works.
There is a classic version that gives you all the benefits of the low profile receiver, mech triggers, etc, with a traditional classic stock. The answer to the Euro-style Cynergy haters.
They two feel very different so better shoulder both and see. You're right by saying it's a personal choice.
