I have already posted this pic but have not had time to write the particulars of my hunt, so...I was lucky enough to get this bear last Saturday with my Kimber MT 338wm shooting 225gr SP. After 6 full days of hunting, glassing, putting on the miles and more glassing I shot him in the last hour and a half on the 6th day at 80 yds. The bullet entered and exited right behind the shoulders, he ran like a banshee for about 30feet after the shot and then crashed. The hide has no rubs, he has a few scars on his nose, a busted canine tooth and a cool set of front claws.
There's nothing like hunting bears IMHO.
