My steyr M95s

I've been using the Lees for 40 S&W and 303, along with a little red press I got to sit next to my green one. Low and behold, the cheap stuff works fine! I like the RGB dies too since I already have a pretty thorough selection of shell holders.
Best I could find was $30 US plus a few bucks for mail service. Brand new from a retailer though. E bay also got me a deal on some Steyr clips from Germany which were in the mailbox when I got home today. Three with Nazi markings, one W and a CK inside a circle whatever that means. Rifle is at the post office and I can pick it up after 1:00 tomorrow! Now for brass and bullets, good thing payday is on Friday!
Tradeex has PRVI in stock. As per my above quote, the clips are readily available on E bay, just shop around for pricing. Numrich has some in stock too, but I got five from some German guy for cheaper.
Oh, apparently they can be single shot, it's just not as much fun.....
Be very careful not to damage the extractor, these rifles were designed to be fed from a clip in the magazine. 8x56R clips are not hard to find either, just look around at any gun show and you will surely find some. If not, you will likely bump into the 1938 dated surplus ammo in their cardboard pouches. You can "borrow" the clips from these and keep the surplus ammo for display or put it back on the clip when you are done shooting.
I tried cast boolit's last weekend with the LEE 2 cavity mold and they all worked out fine, out of that rifle.I'm gonna try 2 other's when I get a chance, one with a dark bore but strong rifling and the other a sewer pipe for a bore.
I used 15gr of Trail Boss under a LEE 205gr boolit. 10 were gas checked, 10 were not.All tumble lubed and used as cast,no sizing with straight WW.

OK, first of all I don't collect Mannlichers, but it happened so I bumped into some on my way. And I love this rifle. Don't judge to hard on those:

I was out with 2 of mine today, 1 is a sewer pipe bore and the second has a dark bore but with strong rifling. Fired 10 rds out of each of them, 5 with gas check's and 5 without. I thought for sure the sewer pipe bore was gonna be headed to the part's bin but all the boolit's hit about's where I was aiming, NONE tumbled!

I really like the light color one. and the first of the long rifles were the blueing has worn off. that's a really good look.

I put a $100 deposit on two M95/34s at Tradeex a couple of weeks ago and have discovered that was a bit premature, as things have come up that demand the rest of the funds. Since I can't technically "sell" them as I don't have them yet, I'd like to offer the opportunity to someone here. Send me a $100 EMT and I'll let Tradeex know you'll be purchasing them instead.
