who sells windham?
CGN vendors such as Kellys, Wanstalls, SFRC come to mind. Probably some others too.
who sells windham?
O/P, I've had no issues with mine. I have bought mine in the fall of 2013. Probably over 1500 rounds down the pipe. It's a 14.5" barrel version with decent brake. I run the Canada Ammo Dominion Arms x39 that's non corrosive. I bought 3k rounds when it cost 200$ per case. Everyone I know enjoys shooting the NEA. It gets a bad Rep because of early failures. Buy a NEA lower. It won't mate with a dpms or Colt lower. There is however less slop in the rifle compared to my dpms. I get good accuracy. Minute of cantaloupe with open sights off hand at 200. If you were living in the Toronto area I would tell you to meet me at the range and judge for yourself. The weak part of the x39 AR 15 is in the mags. Regardless of what you buy, get ASC made mags. I've had 1 failure to feed.
Save your money, seriously the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. shipped me a rifle with the wrong bolt, broken BCG. implied I lied, challanged me to get it to fire, even after a video showing the defective parts took more then a week to get a shipping label = 7 weeks for a useless piece of metal, which I still don't have back. Avoid at all costs!
Who? The distributor you bought it from or NEA?
NEA themselves, Distributor was great, offered a refund right away, But as I wanted this caliber in this color so I chose to have NEA resolve it/repair it. I have nothing nice to say about NEA at all. even after 6 weeks of back and forth they sent me a label for the cheapest, slowest possible return available. been 6 days, haven't heard a word.

Best bang for buck x39 AR out there IMO.
Problem with these NEA rifles is so far is half think they are a decent rifle and the other half thinks it is garbage ( but with maybe 20% only owning the product.....)
Well take it from me, mine blew up and they fixed it without any questions asked. Would I buy it again knowing this? Yes. Best bang for buck x39 AR out there IMO.
I'm shocked to hear this, I had great service from them - I paid return shipping!
NEA has had their problems, but their worst problem is a group of drama queens who won't let them live down Shillgate on this board.
No offence intended, but I find your story so bizarre that I remain sceptical as to all of the particulars of it.
NEA has had their problems, but their worst problem is a group of drama queens who won't let them live down Shillgate on this board. I've repeatedly asked for examples of total failure etc., fact is if any part breaks it = explosion to the ABNEA crew. Other rifles never have parts break do they...
People shill for items (intentionally and unintentionally) all of the time. I think what should not be forgotten is the level of concerted effort that was done.
