I have a 7.62x39 AR built by Citizen Arms and it is incredibly accurate for a x39 rifle. With CA you are paying for a quality build and he guarantees a sub MOA capable weapon. There are some weaknesses in the x39 AR. One being the mags. You need to relieve material from the front of the mag and the feedlips, then they'll work properly. The 2nd issue both myself and buddy with a CA 7.62x39 AR have is broken extractors. Every couple thousand rounds they break.
My x39 AR is my favorite rifle, so I'll try out a 2nd NEA one as soon as they're available. In the past I've been hesitant to buy NEA gear, but it looks like they may have come around.
