Thats some funny stuff. Please tell us who this "precision rifle builder" is so we can all avoid him.

Why?

Is it dangerous?

I would rather avoid the guy that thinks it's o.k just to slap AR parts together.

"It will work" ..."I built lots like that".. And when it blows up in your face??

It is a brand new 20 inch DPMS barrel from wolverine. i will try the BCG in another rifle with the gauges, report back.

I never saw the conclusion of this issue so my apologies if it was posted elsewhere. Was it a BCG or a barrel issue?
