If you do a lot of different loads the easiest system is an electronic dispensing. package. I use PACT who also make (do they still?) the RCBS systems.
I found with the Lee Perfect Powder measurer, that if you bump or tap it, you will have inconcistincies. If you don't it is bang on.
No RCBS is using a different company to build their scales and dispensers.
I have a Pact scale and dispenser(will be getting rid of it soon) and the dispenser is junk and the scale is OK but not great. Just purchased a RCBS Chargemaster Combo and it is great, I would highly recommend the RCBS setup. The Pact stuff is like using 70's technology compared to the new RCBS.

Thanks I wasn't sure if RCBS were still using PACT. My current setup is a Pact dispenser linked to an RCBS scale. I've had no problems with this rig I consistently get to .1 grain accuracy on 70 grain charges using stick powders. I did have my dispenser upgraded to the quicker dispensing times by Pact -it was a bit slow before.
