No name.
No serial #
only 3 proof marks
#1 a letter K with a star on top
#2 letters E , L , G in a circle on the cylinder
#3 and the letters HR stamped on the exit end of the cylinder.
The gun is double action and works great.
Loads like a single action and has a ram to eject cases.
Looks to be a 38 cal.
its close to a Nagant 1895 style or early type varriant
