I have this sight as well. I am extremely pleased with it for anything inside 65 yards. I do have a beef with its 4 MOA dot though as there are some longer shots at plates in some of the 3-gun shoots. It is difficult to shoot the plate when the dot buries it. If I was to do it again I would save up and get something with a 2 MOA or less.
Why wouldent it ? seen them on .223 - 300wsm and work with out a problemCan the Bushnell Trophy hold zero on a 223?
TDC's right, unless we know his requirements are, it's really a waste of time spouting off all these optic makes and models.
It's an AR, not a precision rifle, may as well just use irons.![]()
Very true. As for myself, I'm trying to find a "compromise" and have tried the Burris MTAC 1.5 x 6 x 40 scope. Good scope. 1.5 power for the short CQB stuff and 6X for the 200+ meter stuff. It'll work on an AR---not so much on my ACR due to slight interferance with the upper handguard charging handle and the objective lens bell.
I might end up selling it, which is too bad because I just got itSomeone get me a Waaambulance!
