Need Progressive Press....But Which One?

Got my LNL from Henry several yrs ago. Looks like the 500 free bullets offer is still on. Cost 20 bucks for shipping back then, took a while but did get the bullets (Henry/BSS is a qualified dealer).

9mm being the cheapest takes the longest to recover cost. 45ACP, 357, 44 and esp. 50S&W recovery rate is a lot quicker.
I'm leaning towards the Hirnady ammo plant....it's not cheap though! Take 12K 9mm to break even! :)

45ACP works great in the LNL. Big fat, wide bullet, short stout cases are easy to look into to verify pwr. Easy, fast to load with rarely an issue.

357 WC is another story. Tall, skinny cases are hard to see pwr (3.3gr of Titegroup is lost in that case). cylinder shape WC bullets easily slant out of position going in sideways (another wasted expensive 357 case).

Luv the bushing design. Need to decap, Just takes a sec to pop in the decapper leaving everything else in place.
Well Gate I just ran a batch of 45 ACP for 100 rds to set up and haven't run anymore since. I set up for 38 spl but haven't done a run yet..........So far I like what I see and it's a few bucks less than the blue. I think I'll be just fine with it when all is tuned, timed and running good. From my experience so far I'd be highly inclined to recommend it. I like the way the dies cam in to the top frame, good and solid and quick once adjusted in their bushings (which incidentally fit back into their die boxes complete) It is smooth and not complex at all IMHO.

For lighting this works great

If you are cheap DIYer get this. Works even better, cheaper, cut to your desired length. Just solder end to 12v charger (get to recycle all those phone chargers).

To get really fancy add in a LED light dimmer controller (kinda overkill but WTH).
