i'd keep #5, sell the rest, and buy a nice 22.
Or maybe a 22/250. I'm lousy at following my own advice, but a guy doesn't really need a dozen rifles that all do the same thing. Nothing wrong with a spare, so the .300 and whatever you like the most.

Since you're about to give up your guns (downsizing for me is like 4 out of 40, not 3 out of 5), you may keep it uniform: same gun type. At least you can have it easy on parts, etc.
243 would take anything small up to a deer, 300 WSM would take down anything from deer to a bison + provide a good distance.
Which two of these 5 rifles and calibers should stay at home?
