This works for me. I use one for a stenosis that presses on a nerve. Be warned though they can be hard on the jaw. If you have TMJ you shouldn’t use this. I use 10lbs (sand) for 20mins a couple of times a day when I have a flare up. Try to apply heat or a hot shower before

Before I resort to the above My chiro can usually massage the problem away over a couple of visits. Don’t dismiss a good experienced chiro, they can have great knowledge of the intricacies of neck anatomy. Mine has never performed any “adjustments” on my neck. Only massage and manual traction. Most problems are muscles that have gone tight and spasm which causes nerves to be pinched. Once the muscles get relaxed the problems stop… until next time.
