New 35

I would think that Tangroup being invovled with 78 or so good deal's on this forum would want to send a full refund back to crazy davey. Maybe its gone beyond that? I hope these two can work it out. I had a gun shipped to me with a repaired cracked stalk. (FROM a MEMBER) I was not to happy. I traded the gun at a local gun store. I lost $140.00 on that one. If I had the chance to do things over again? I would have dealt with it in a different manner.
I hope these guys can make this good, so Crazy Davy can be happy and Tangroup can restore his trader rating to 100%

If you make a bad representation or screw something up, you should refund everything. Or at least offer to do so. I've noticed a few "for profit" persons on this site lately. Don't know if they are real gun guys or not. Seems like they only post in the exchange.

Thanks guys. All has been resolved. Any future dealings on CGN are going to go much different than my last few.

I am sick of being ripped off and mislead......

Well, I have had the rifle for a few hours now and it is far beyond what I expected. My future dealings will be much different than how this one went.

I do take some responsibility on how I dealt with certain things. I will make sure this never happens to me again.

Please be carefull guys and gals, even the people with highest trader ratings can be very misleading. Anyone wanting more details can PM me and I will send you everything you need to know.

Anyone have any older Marlin 336 parts they want to help me out with, I need many :D

Thanks CD, for bringing this experience of yours "to light"...it is most useful. ;)

I notice he has a .410 Backpacker up for sale on the Firearms Canada site now for $325!!! The damned thing sells brand new for well under $200. Wow.

I found all the parts I needed for the old 35. Now it is where it should have been when it showed up at my door. Cost a bit but I am happy with how it turned out.

Thanks to everyone who helped out with the parts, load info etc..

Time for me to poney up. I have offered partial money back to David, and refund if need be, but he has not received the gun yet and I asked him to look this over first before making a decision.

Is it ethical and within the forum rules to post trader's name and negative comments without the mods governing this, and before the gun arrives and transaction is over?

Is it ethical for a third party who is not part of the negotiation to spread seeds of discontent before the gun arrives?

Any misunderstanding or issues are dealt between the current transaction and members. My dealings with agilent were over when I bought HIS GUN and received it. You will note no negative feedback on him.

Is spreading negative word among the forum part and partial of the CGN atmosphere without any accountability to slander?

This transaction is not over yet as I am still in communication with the buyer.

Why is the whole CGN network involved in this??????????

All the other great transactions are still great. Why is one cgn member turning another member and the whole cgn membership sour ?

Too much time on your hands? Too many issues?

Let David and me work this out......the rest of you can rest for now until an amicable solution is reached.

Its all very simple....dont blow this out of proportion........please!

Go away before I bring out the tar and feathers. :slap:

Any reputable seller ( and person of good character) would reimburse 100% of the buying price if the Rifle arrived and was not what was expected. Shipping charges can easily be worked out.

tangroup shame on you.......:slap:
You've now been black Flagged....see ya:wave:
