I was going to ask where it is made, then I remembered that is what Google is for.

So,as expected, the US export ban only means taht we get our guns elsewhere.
The little logo in the lower corner of the pic is Zastava....not a favourite company of mine, and for more than a Steyr? I'll wait eagerly to hear a few reviews from people on this one.

At least now there's a repeater 50bmg rifle on the playing field

So, you can burn up what little ammo you have that much faster? :p

Nice, very nice! I'd dearly love to own one but if you can't feed the b*tch, what's the point?

I seem to remember someone from Marstar claiming they had somewhere in the vacinity of 1,000,000 .50 BMG rounds in there posession overseas and that they were looking for importation to Kanada.

If the ammo situation becomes a non-issue, an Styre 50 would be in my collection - and not collecting dust.

So BIG deal, I fail to understand what the attraction of having $75.00 worth of ammo slamming back and forth inside a mag is?
There is no such thing as a fast follow up shot with a 50, anyway.
For a military application I would agree that a mag makes sense, but I would prefer accuracy to cyclic rate, everyday, especially at $10.00 per shot.

Dosing You not fond of Kabooms or what??
I wonder if that is why Charles Daly in the USA dumped them?????

Maybe Remington will also import these, then every box retailer will have them along with NO ammo ?????

Let me guess.... It's sitting on the dock, ready to ship, right beside the container of 14.5x114mm that they told me they had, about 12 or 15 years ago.

Nah, it's on the same boat by now. :p

Wow....lucky they mention that!

My recomendation would be to do your homework before buying either. Take a CLOSE look at them and the dollars you are spending for them, quality is a Major issue with these rifles. You can get so much more in a Canadian built custom for the same dollar than you can ever hope to get from one of those.

Just my Opinion
