donp,
You make it sound sooooo easy to set up a range in BC, that I envy you westerners. Here we try and slightly modify an existing range and the SQ who enforce the FA, are all over with red tape, and they will not tell us their requirements until we have put something together, and invested funds, before they start having us tear it apart for the simplest reason.
I thought we would all be working with the RCMP range building manual. But here they enforce the "NO SKY" rule, so long ranges are difficult and extremely expensive.
How can you be approved for .338L without your range being built?
