You can always cerakote them to whichever colour you'd prefer!![]()
Are they rated to survive 400F for 3 hours, or whatever the specifics for cerakote bake are?
I took the plunge and pre-ordered mostly out of curiosity. I am looking forward to seeing how this spec'ed iin Canada and built in Japan scope stacks up to my Vortex Razor HD2 and Razor AMG scopes, as well as my Leupold Mk5. I am hopeful that if the claims of double the value by cutting out the middleman are true, this $2K scope will stack up well against it's $3.5-$4K competition. I like the feature set and specs, so am optimistic that it will become a favorite of mine. We shall see. There are a number of small-scale, start-up optics companies in the USA who area folowing a similar business model. Swampfox Optics springs immediately to mind...
This new scope should be similar to a Riton X7 Conquer 4-32x56mm as they are made by Jlow as well. They are really good for the price from what I can gather. They are also fairly new to the market.
It sounds promising for Apex.
The owner of the company states earlier in this thread that is not low Japan but Japan optics that makes these scopes for them....
Hey there, sorry I just saw this now.
I can't speak to Japan Optics' other customers, but I can quite comfortably say that our glass is fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to put it up against any other brand.
We worked with them for quite a while to get our scope made the way we wanted it, and not just cosmetically![]()
Yes, we have a full satisfaction return policy. If you're not happy with it you can return it to us, as long as the unit isn't damaged or scratched, we'll happily take it back with no restocking fees or charges of any kind.
