New Apex Optics from Calgary

I will buy, if you sell them in common cerakote colours.

Black scopes are too mainstream for me.

I always want to create content at the matches (i have a few cameras and lots of film gear) but then i always want to compete as well.... competing always wins haha

I took the plunge and pre-ordered mostly out of curiosity. I am looking forward to seeing how this spec'ed iin Canada and built in Japan scope stacks up to my Vortex Razor HD2 and Razor AMG scopes, as well as my Leupold Mk5. I am hopeful that if the claims of double the value by cutting out the middleman are true, this $2K scope will stack up well against it's $3.5-$4K competition. I like the feature set and specs, so am optimistic that it will become a favorite of mine. We shall see. There are a number of small-scale, start-up optics companies in the USA who area folowing a similar business model. Swampfox Optics springs immediately to mind...

Your website clearly states your warranty policy. Do you have a return policy? Everything I am reading here sounds fantastic but I am assuming I will not be able to view the scope before committing to a purchase since you are selling direct. If I don't like it will you take it back within a reasonable timeframe (depending on condition of course)? If so what sort of restocking fee would you apply if any?

I hope we will see an honest review on your new purchase, thank you in advance.

This new scope should be similar to a Riton X7 Conquer 4-32x56mm as they are made by JOL as well. They are really good for the price from what I can gather. They are also fairly new to the market.

It sounds promising for Apex.

The owner of the company states earlier in this thread that is not low Japan but Japan optics that makes these scopes for them....

I was lucky enough to play around with the first test model at Rob Furlongs. The glass is great. It did not have the new reticle in it and was in MOA. I look forward to see this version soon

Hey there, sorry I just saw this now.

I can't speak to Japan Optics' other customers, but I can quite comfortably say that our glass is fantastic and wouldn't hesitate to put it up against any other brand.
We worked with them for quite a while to get our scope made the way we wanted it, and not just cosmetically :)

To me it just adds confidence in your products. You are dealing with a manufacturer who is able to produce high quality scopes.

Yes, we have a full satisfaction return policy. If you're not happy with it you can return it to us, as long as the unit isn't damaged or scratched, we'll happily take it back with no restocking fees or charges of any kind.

Ok now that has my attention. I like zero risk propositions like that.
