In three different posts you clearly state that you properly cleaned the rifle, including pulling the bolt carrier group apart, cleaning and inspecting it. Now, miraculously, there is sludge in the FP channel from a heavy coat of grease you forgot about and the issue being operator error?
Firing a few boxes of ammo doesn't cake up the inside of the bolt enough to obstruct the firing pin no matter how much you lube it, or the amount of CLP that is sprayed into the action after thousands of rounds before cleaning would constantly malfunction every AR on the line in CF inventory. Could there be more going on with the light primer strikes than just a dirty FP channel.
