New Arrivals !!! Yugoslav Era M59/66 SKS Rifles Now in Stock !!!

I did read somewhere that the fact that it's not chrome lined make it more accurate, myself owning around a dozen SKS have found by trial and error that using quality ammo in my Yugos they would group better than my other SKS, using surplus ammo did not make any difference.

They looks cool & solid. Stock seems a bit longer . Probably more weight than original SKS . My question about barrel. Have heard that Yugo sks NO CHROME lined. Keeping in mind that use of surplus ammo still more attractive than commercial , that will create a little problem to always remember thoroughly clean the gun after every single use...

As was said above, normal bore, not chrome lined. This is not the Yugo m59, it is the 59/66 with the muzzle brake// grenade launcher, with the associated sights, gas system etc. Much as there are different models of other military firearms which makes them worth more, the same goes with this one. There is lots of non corrosive around if you want to shoot it, or spend the extra 5 minutes and clean it properly like everyone else does. Personally, I would probably leave it in the grease as I did my last one,,,, unless zi could access the proper blanks and dummy grenades, then I would have to learn how to fire them!
