No kidding, their 1911 prices are certainly on the high side but that's the price you have to pay for having guns manufactured in a country where the shooting population is relatively small and there's little or no competition from other Canadian manufacturers. C'est la vie.

I could be wrong, but supply your own frame and slide and they'll provide the rest or maybe just the frame?

A Norc is a $400 kit. Works out the box, or change out parts.

Mine just got adjustable sights, a triger job, new mags and new grips.
