i have one for my savage in 7.62x39 works awsome slick they are far from a rough job like the camera shows. for 45 $ i couldnt be any happyer. plus im happy im suporting someone local who isnt my cousin

In what universe am I a Remington fan? Of ~100 guns owned in my short life 2 have been Remingtons. I have 0 brand loyalty compared to most on this board

I can easily view this as an extra layer of warm and fuzzy. Especially if one is in those weird peat bogs near Winifred Lake and you are suddenly amongst a wolf pack.
Another possible scenario: wild boar in double digit numbers.
My rifle is just a .223, so I like the extra rounds for varmints, no zombie thoughts here, especially fun when doing bolt action metal duelling paddles.![]()
