The critical part determining classification of the revolving carbines is the design of the grip frame. If the grip frame is esentially the same as the handgun, accepting the same components (see circuit judge), the gun is restricted. In the Uberti revolving carbine the grip frame is not the same and components like the hammer spring to not interchange with the handgun. Therefore it meets all criteria to be non-restricted and is classified as such.
 
We are planning to bring more of these items. They seem to be getting more popular. We will be stocking them in greater amounts as we build our inventory in them. Here are a few coming on Tuesday. These are not on our website yet.

The 1875 outlaw is on my list but can't afford the sweet engraved model, are you getting the basic ( much less expensive) model in for those of us with not so deep wallets?
