2003 F250 SuperDuty 6.0L Turbo Diesel Powerstroke; 121K km. I bought this truck from the company I work for, sight unseen for $17,300 ($18,511 with GST), out of Fort St. John B.C.
I have to say it needs some TLC on the body, particularly along the bottom (no running boards) and around the box wheel wells. You can see that pretty clearly in the quartering view rear shot. Both the flaps that protect the box blew out so sand and gravel has sprayed the interior box panles. It looks like simple stuff for the bodyshop to fix though. I expect it's going to cost me somewhere around $700-$1,000 to get that fixed up; also needs running boards, bug deflector as soon as the body work is done.
The interior is quite dirty. It is going to a detail shop...
Mechanically the truck ran perfectly on the drive from FSJ to Whitecourt. It powers up those long hills effortlessly.
Somewhat of an upgrade over my 1976 Chevy...
As soon as I hit town I went to Kal-Tire and bought a set of BF Goodrich Radial Mud A/T's 285/75 R16's on Helo Black Maxx 16" x 8" rims. The center piece was missing from the front sets so Kal-Tire owes me a set of those. Supposedly they will be in, in a couple of days.
