New initiate to the world of 10 gauge: a few years too late.

I've recently acquired a Spanish made 10 gauge SxS marked "ibargun" and am overjoyed. She's very heavily built and locks up solidly. This particular gun has a set of choked 32" barrels that are in beautiful condition, wonderful fowling barrels, but not much use as the bear wallopin' slug gun I was hoping to have the option for. I'm wondering if there's any other folks who've been in my shoes who might know where to start looking for a gunsmith to build and regulate a set or 2 of barrels for me. Additionally I'd like to eventually have a set of big bore rifle barrels made up if it can be done safely. Any input would be much appreciated!

Most big bore doubles were made on 20 gauges, unless you are looking to go like 600h&h a 10 gauge frame is rather large, might even be on the large side for that.

I'm wanting to go with a big 40 cal. The most I'd need in my opinion would be a 470 NE but everything I've been reading says even a 416 rig or rem would be far too much for most shotgun frames. This is a beastly peice of steel but I wouldn't want to push it anywhere near the upper limit. I'm rapidly discovering that the practice is a bit put of style
