New Items: M4 Quad Forend; NS522 Match Sporting Rifle

Re:NS522 (EM332 formerly in post)

The description on the canadaammo website does not mention "spiral" in the barrel description. Is the description in post #1 here the accurate one or the one on canadaammo? I would like to order but want to confirm they are one in the same and when I order one the barrel is like in post #1.

Thank you,

Depends what you want to replace it with....standard config delta ring and plastic handguards are very easy to replace just the handguards. FF rails require the FSB to be removed, and barrel nut as well as they will come in a pair, so you need tools. You will need new taper pins after removing them from the FSB to reinstall it. Removing and re-installing the pinned FSB is a bit of a pain...lots of aftermarket clamp on and set screw type FSB's out there, but nothing is as durable and reliable as a pinned FSB IMHO.

Yes, we need more information.

don't know much about dominion arms.. would the m4 be a "mil-spec" gun?

Dominion Arms is branding owned by CanAm. The guns are made in China for them, they import and distribute themselves....no middleman. As far as I know anyway. Their products tend to be equal to or slightly better quality then the other Nork products being brought in for the most part.
As far as being "milspec", that's a US set of terms for build materials and specific testing. I'd say no these are not true "milspec" firearms in that sense, but they are built to proper dimensions with decent quality materials and are 100% compatible with other US makers parts and accessories.

Just placed the order for the 522!! I ordered the 30mm dovetail medium rings. Never mounted with just grooves before. Hoping that I will have the clearance for my Falcon Menace. I was going to sell that scope, but now I have an excuse to keep it!!!

Yes looking forward to the rim fire. Not that I don't already have a ton. With the barrel and match trigger at that price should be a great gun. Hopefully someone who gets it first will post pics

This 522 is actually a $450 gun now....I have no more room, have to buy a new cabinet now to accommodate it haha.

Oh I see. Okay thought it was advertised somewhere else. I know what you mean about safes. I'm at 3-14 gun stack ons and a handgun safe and it's tight.
