NEW! NEW! GSG-16 Non-Restricted NEW! NEW! Official Canadian Importer

I pre ordered my GSG Aug 13, or so, and I still haven’t received it from Bullseye, or had any of my questions answered in one of their threads.
I cancelled at the end of last week, walked into my local gun store and bought it off the shelf for less money.

STILL waiting on the fully paid for 6 mags and the drum to show up one of these days, or a tracking number at the least.

My last pre order I’ll ever be making.

They clearly forgot about me and didn't ship until I reminded them twice (12 days after charging me). Ended up with a gun with a rusted barrel, and they forgot to include my drum, probably because they had given it to someone else. BEL is definitely off the pre-order list.

Looking at the wrong end..

Well Blueline said, if you didn't get it. Email them and they will send you one. There is a hole on the top, forward left of the hammer. It's not tapped. Screw taps it self. That were the screw goes.

Ya, I took multiple photos (including the correct view of the trigger group), but didnt realize I was limited to post only 1 photo.

I know exactly the hole you are talking about. Had my hunch that was the hole for the screw. So, I checked it last night when I had the rifle disassembled and no, it wasnt tapped and no, it did not have the screw.

I guess I'll be contacting BL.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Much appreciated.

I still haven't had luck contacting BL for this adjustment screw...multiple emails without response and no answer to the couple of times trying the phone number. So, BL, if you read this contact me via PM to sort it out (but I'll still keep trying the other routes)...thanks.

Same for me.

Called today and was told that theyll send me the adjustment screw right away

OK...I take it all back now. The screw arrived in my mail today...no communication, but they must have read my emails. I'll take that as a win! Thanks BL...

Hello WhisperXBA,

Please file in a warranty claim form if you received the GSG-16 with a rusted barrel, so we can repair it for you. if repair is not possible, we'll replace the barrel or the firearm for you. Thanks.

So I guess I have to call and request the trigger screw ? As opposed to it being shipped with the gun like the initial add stated ?

Update:

After talking to a BL representative about not receiving the screw kit for the adjustable trigger (since I received my GSG 16 without one), i was told that they will send it to me right away. Unfortunately, that was over 2 weeks ago. BL either lied to me about sending one my way or it somehow got lost in the mail. Either way, it's very frustrating. Since a) the trigger should had already came along with the rifle, and b) having to wait around for the screw to arrive if it was sent, or being lied to about the screw being sent to me when it actually hasnt been sent.

Note: I live in vancouver and BL is located in vancouver. Even with snail mail, it shouldnt take this long to arrive (over 2 weeks and counting)

To be fair, they may have actually sent it but it didn't make it.

I couldn't even read the print on the envelope they sent so I was amazed Canada Post was able to. Hopefully they fixed their printer since the screw wasn't in my package and I'm waiting for another to arrive.

I received the adjustment screw, finally. It took nearly a month (vancouver to Vancouver mail), but at least it's here now.

Also received my hk push pins from rrages.

Both items have now been installed and I figured I might as well thoroughly clean the rifle since I already have it disassembled.

Taking it out to the woods this coming weekend.
