The windage dial.

They are including a thread protector with the scope for those who want to leave it uncapped.

About time! The 5-25 will kill their sales for the "Beast". Wouldnt be surprised to see the Beast discontinued in time if sales go well on the ATACR F1's.

Is it mainly for ranging, or just quick 'holdover' shots where you don't have time to adjust for windage and elevation? And is it useful for 'normal' recreational ranges or really just for waaay out there? Enquiring minds want to know! :)

It's got stuff for ranging, holdovers, moving targets, wind holds and other stuff. The Horus reticles are often popular with new shooters, but more experienced shooters tend to shy away from them because of how busy they are. You can do everything they do with reticles that are far less cluttered and have thinner lines. Horus reticles are 0.05 mil, which of on the thick side.

I much prefer reticles like the Gen2 XR, G2, EBR-2C if you want the Christmas Tree features. These tend to be more subtle.

I think that 5-25 will be my next scope ( I just bought a Vectronix PLRF15C and am gonna pair it with a Nomad loaded with Field Firing Solutions and Kestrel 4500). This would be the perfect scope to finish off with.....

Currently add at least 14% for Canadian pricing?

I was about to pull the trigger on a S&B 5-25 with H59 because Nightforce didn't have what I wanted. I think I'll be waiting for this to hit Canada. Then all my rifles will be Nightforce. The TRG-22 will now be happy to be accessorized like the rest of the gun cabinet.

Also curious if that was USD or CAD pricing.
