What do these usually go for?? Haven't found a lot of info on them.
I paid 5 for it.
Some of the Chinese SKS's had a shorter gas tube and the gas block was further back on the barrel on the D and M SKS's, thus making the barrel look longer. I believe that is the case here.
You can see it here. Scroll down some: http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/537183-Chinese-SKS-type-56-ID-FAQ-feb-19-2013
THANKS!! I don't know how I missed that in the sticky!!
Looks like It has the early sights and tube cover
SKS-D... Aftermarket muzzle brake... Missing the Bayo (which almost doesn't matter - wouldn't be able to use it with that muzzle brake).
That gun has been shot... A lot. The discoloration on the muzzle brake and the front sight is a giveaway. Someone's done a fair few mag dumps with it.
Not that it probably matters. Looks like it was decently maintained, and x39 is low enough velocity that it's unlikely that the rifling has been worn out much.
