like bscout said, part of the locking mechanism, normal Beretta 92 stuff. Perfect copy of a 92f. Not fs.
this one is railed, so its like a 92a1
As for how it shoots, its awesome, as far as I can tell. I was shooting pie plate sized 20 shot groups from 10 meters standing. Counting the fliers. Most of it was softball sized. many shots touching or close to it. I shot 13 out of 20 in the head of a standard IDPA target at 25 meters standing. not too bad in my books.
Also, I shot 4 different kinds of ammo, both factory and reloaded, no malfunctions of any kind. Even mixing different ones in each mag. It shoots really well.
fits my hand like it was made for it.
The only thing I don't like is that the safety/decocker on the top of the slide gets I the way of my hand when racking it.
I also would have liked to get a non railed one, both for looks and because getting a nice holster for this is proving to be a pain in the ass.
