Can you not see the pictures? And your question was "have you ever seen a precise Norinco product (besides modified M305's)?" not "is that a sniper rifle". It shoots accurately and is used as any dragunov would be.

Ohhh I didn't see that on the receiver before. Even so, I would hardly call that a precision rifle. I don't think that grouping's even under 1MOA.
