Five to six fortnights have transpired.
Yet here I sit, my hands void of the promised metal forging.
Hast thou forsaken me ATRS ?

haha, oh this got a good chuckle![]()
I might just forward this to our parts suppliers because unfortunately we are still waiting... I'd love to say patiently, but...
Holy s***... Are you missing the barrel blanks or the takedown hardware ? Both ?
So im guessing none have been shipped yet
Oof IBI give a 8-10 weeks production time on their website...
@ ATRS
Based on the success of this run do you think you will be doing another one?
and if so, I'm not gonna may you guess when that would be![]()
They do in fact claim that , HOWEVER...... here we are 5 months after ordering AND paying for an order of barrels that has not been shipped to us yet.
What do you suggest we do?
I'm not especially versed in B2B litigation but 5 months sounds a bit much ... I'm guessing they have supply issues because of everything going on.
I honestly do not know what their hold up is. Possibly delays in getting the raw steel bar stock? Possibly a higher volume of demand for their barrels that what they can supply in a timely fashion? Don't know what the problem is. I can see the latter being a high probability as they are after all a fairly new company and their barrels are highly regarded.
We had these exact same problems when we were allowed to produce our semi auto rifles. delays in getting raw materials and we grossly under estimated the demand, but then when we did get more machines, the feds pulled the rug out from beneath us.
Everyone's patience is greatly appreciated, we WILL get past this.
Saw in your other thread that you were having issues with Ruger being buzzkillers and not wanting to sell you the takedown hardware ? What are the options and delays involved ?
It looks like Ruger will honor our original order. We are at the moment looking to make the take down parts in-house in order to get things happening faster.
Having to depend on other companies for required bits and pieces is becoming painful.
I hear you ! I haven't tried disassembling my original barrel but if you send me the machined and drilled barrel can I swap my original takedown hardware on your barrel (no homo) without special tooling ?
