Haha! I think naming the dog after a back rub and feminine hygene products may not work out for the best :D

My wife says that the pup looks like a "Dakota". I'm still mulling it over.

Oh, I've got it. Name the dog "Suprise".

There'll be nothing better than taking her to the park or on a hunt and then yelling "SUPRISE!"

(or maybe the paint fumes are gettin' to me)

dog names

Looks just like the lab we got 2 months ago(lab/colie/boxer mix) we called ours Inky, she is great but sometimes we call her stinky instead(lots of gas)takes after her mom. :)

Gorgeous looking pup bill c68, Tikka sounds like a fine name.

I like 2 syllable names for dogs. We lost our beloved Kadie a 10 yr old lab pit cross last year. We recently ended up with a 1 yr old adoption case escape artist named Rosco (Queen charlotte Island dirt bag dog  ) and a now 4 month old (shepherd/Akita) pup that we named Suki. Seems easy to call them at long distances with the simple 2 syllable names. Well, except Rosco he doesn't listen worth #### :D Gett'n better tho...

bill c68... There is NOTHING wrong with painting your dogs nails!!! If I do say so myself!!! It sure gets a conversation started when you meet new people...

Cheers
Jay

I would go with "Tikka".

It is a good, strong 2-syllable name (easy for the dog to learn and respond to) and it is one of your wife's suggestions (brownie points are always good).;)

Good luck with the pup and enjoy.
