Finally got my reloading bench set up.
Started off with just this.

To this and the rifle I'm going to be reloading for. ;D

To actually trying to resize, de-prime, trim, and tumble brass.

I know I shouldn't be reloading in a carpeted area but this is unavoidable for me. I'm going to pick up some of those office mats and put them under and around the reloading bench.
So my question is about ordering gun powder off the internet. I don't have any gun powder to actually start reloading. My brother was going to the city so I asked him to pick me up either SR 4759, Reloader 15, or IMR 4064. These are the lightest loads in my reloading manual for the .270 Winchester and figured I would start with light, low velocity loads and then after being more confident, Id move up to the heavier, high velocity, compressed loads. However, my brother could not find a store that sells either one of those powders. One guy told my brother that ordering powder is difficult because no one wants to ship it because its dangerous goods. I feel that this doesn't make a lick of sense since you can order, primed, ready to fire, and #### tons of it, loaded ammunition. So my question is, Is there any special regulations for ordering gun powder online?
