NEW Rifles! Morisson Lever-Action Now In Stock!

Tenda:

1) Do these really have steel receivers or is that just the standard manufacturer advertising statement?

2) Do you have an ETA on 44mag versions of these?

3) Is there an aperture on the rail for a rear site, or does it only have a factory front site and no rear site? If it does have a rear site already that would be a huge value (vs having to get an aftermarket one)

4) What is the screw thread and spacing of the rail screws?

5) Is it a just based on the 1892, or does it actually for the same parts? Either way is perfectly acceptable, but it would give guidance on knowing what aftermarket parts fit.

6) Does it have a rear sight dovetail under the rail?

7) Thread pitch on the muzzle please?

Thanks so much for bringing new products to us and at reasonable prices. Regardless of the answers, this is excellent that you’re bringing offerings to the market for us.

They rarely/never reply in their threads.

North Sylva is the distributor who brought these in and would be in a better position to provide info.

Try either of them directly.

Bought one from SFRC, haven’t shot it yet. Looks and feels nice. Got the timberwolf version. Tried to cycle some dummies and the 5th round or 6th round would be stuck in the magazine tube. It wouldn’t cycle the 5th or 6th dummy. Don’t know what the issue is. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Copyd and posted from a reply on sfrc post from me this is as close to a "review" as i can post. I had bought one of these and the action will smooth out a bit. And you also need to run it like a chiappa or a higher caliber pistol cartridge. If it jams on the reload.I ran about 75 rounds through mine and i had one jam up each set of 6 rounds for the first 2 then once i got used to how it feels to run the lever it didnt jam the rest of the time. Never had an issue with a round being stuck in the tube, you may want to send that one back or get a gunsmith to look into it. Would like to add the 12" barrel had decent accuracy at 50 yards 3 inch group as i wasnt going for accuracy just fun. the irons are pretty chunky and it would definiatly benefit fro. Some sort of red dot or short range optic. Feels like a pretty solid unit. The lever throw is almost a 90 degree throw. But my opinion is that it is a very fun lever action with low recoil and i am happy with my purchase for the price that lever action guns go for.
