It looks like the trigger is the same shape as the SR9 - what a terrible trigger! I would love to have the gun if it had a trigger like the P345 - a fairly wide, smooth trigger that the finger fits into - instead, they use a lever with sharp edges with another lever in it with more sharp edges - and there is no safe way to use a glove to soften the shape - the glove will get hung up on the end of the trigger and prevent firing. The trigger looks like something from a prehistoric matchlock.
It looks like it has a loaded-chamber indicator like other Rugers - they are the best indicators that I have seen on any gun.
The grip shape looks more grippable than the SR9 - those who think that the SR9 is good for small hands must have very long pinky fingers - the grip gets wider all the way down - so only the first two fingers really hold the grip - the last two fingers are little kids dancing with a fat girl.
The clip is different than the SR9 - I like the way Ruger clips can be slammed home securely - Why would decent guns like a Sig 220 require careful double-checking to make sure the clip is latched? Silly.
I don't see any place on the side of the frame to park my trigger finger that is easily identifiable with the tip of my finger. I like a memorable spot to park.
Sights look fine.
Yeah - good riddance to the safety.
