The ChargeMaster 1500 is $300.00 at Natchez. Link Nobody can touch that price in Canada. The RangeMaster is $100.00 there.

It's actually only $179 at Natchez.. the $300 offering is including the powder dispenser..
Do I need a powder dispenser?
I'll be loading for 9, 45, 223 and down the road, maybe 308 as well, all on a progressive press

It's hit and miss whether Canada Post collects or not. Usually it's just HST now.
Try to specify USPS for shipping from the US. It's slower but you won't get hit with brokerage fees like you do with UPS. Most sellers will oblige, even when they don't have the option on their order page.

As far as duty and taxes are concerned, if you have it shipped to a us address before going down for a couple of days, just include it as part of your personnel exemption.

That'll do fine. You're loading pistol for Chrissakes. You'll be tossing loads and only using your scale "occasionally" as a check. No need whatsoever to blow the budget on some digital masterpiece. If you're adhering to a budget you can certainly use everything you save to purchase components,, feeding a pistol .
