If this does get classified as restricted for no reason than it looks like an AR, will CanAm try and fight the decision in court to have it receive the proper non-restricted status it should be assigned under the rules?
Just curious if the industry is ready to fight for this one? I feel this sort of sets a precedent if black shotguns start to classified restricted because of looks alone.
