Just visited them this morning. Seems alright. Linda was very polite and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for (9mm bulk) but did tell me they were expecting something this weekend. As far as I'm concerned they fulfill two major needs:
THEY ARE IN RICHMOND.
THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAY!
If they are price competitive and treat everyone like how Linda treated me, they count on me to be their customer!

Just got back from them, and pleased to report a positive experience. It's not a very big store, which makes sense given the space, but they had a decent selection of items. Staff were very helpful and honest about what they had and what they could get in. No bulk .22 yet, but they said they will be getting more and more stuff in as time goes by and their customer base increases.
They surprised me with some pretty neat AR accessories like AAC Blackout flashhiders and a good selection of Magpul stuff. Also nice to see a Bushmaster ACR, UTAS-15, Daniel Defense M4 V5. Good variety of firearms for all walks of life. A little disappointed with their small selection of handguns though (Glocks and Kimbers right now), but I expect to see that inventory increase later on.
They also have an on site gunsmith! Big plus for that.
Their prices are comparable to all other stores in the GVRD.
Overall, I'm glad to see a decently stocked and priced gun store in Richmond. Ample parking too! Will definitely be back. Keep it up guys!
*edit* Forgot to mention, they have Magpul Dynamic DVDs too!

I also popped in the other day.
They have a bunch of P-Mags and other Magpul goodies on the shelves. Decent selection of rifles, pistols, ammo, targets, etc, etc, etc. Even have 10-round LAR-15 mags in .223 on the shelf.

Is there something about that building that attracts gun stores? West Coast Hunting Supplies old location was like 2 units down in the same mall.
By the way, I saw you guys unloading the Consolidated FastFrate trailer on Friday. 1) You guys need a powered pallet jack or a forklift. 2) I can't believe you managed to fit that much ammo in your store!
