14" barrel only, never saw those with factory 12.5"
These 14" barreled shotguns where all sold in Canada with the full stock only, no pistol grip and all had more than 26" OAL so clearly non restricted.
I'm a sure that had they been sold with a pistol grip, they would have been restricted.
I once had a Franchi PA-3 12 ga pump with pistol grip and 8" barrel (clearly under 26" OAL) and it was restricted.
To me it is still a grey area, without a clear interpretation of the law i wont touch it IF you sell it as non restricted.
Because otherwise all i have to do is install a pistol grip on my 12.5" 870 and thats it!
I will not take the risk of going in the wood with a shotgun that is less than 26" in length without a document that says clearly that this gun in THIS configuration (pistol grip and 12.5" barrel is non restricted).
But if you sell it as restricted then i'll buy one.
