How else are the authorities to determine if it has been shortened?
!
They would refer to the FRT number..

Never thought about that. What's the big deal about cut barrel in Canada? I know your can't go under 18" in US.
Dlask makes a living out of it, right?
No - they MANUFACTURE barrels.
The law says no barrel can be cut below about 18 inches. But if it comes from the manufacturer that way then it's fine. Dlask manufactures barrels from scratch, so they're legally allowed to make 12's and 8's and such. But you cannot cut one down.

What if you have it on another reciever?I have a 14 inch Norc barel on my Marine Mag.I have been asked before about the barel.Thats why it would be nice to actualy have it stamped on there.
How hard is it to stamp numbers yourself?
Anyhow, life is too short to worry about everything.
any updates on the 12.5" ? Are pics coming?
where are the pics from the owners..please...

All are 870 based.
5 went out before Christmas as Rush orders for those who needed them under the tree. I spent yesterday processing orders, I will start shipping today, over the weekend and through next week.Um. With respect, are they being shipped out? Some of us hesitate to get out during our hard earned holidays with the thought they might arrive any day.
