Maybe thats the difference CanAm was talking about.

From looking at the internals, it looks to be more of a shortened SAPR than a converted 550-series

Besides that tho...very nice, I am sure some some non corrosive, mid quality ammo like MFS (which is still cheaper the .223) this thing would shoot great!!!
 
Hopefully they change the name to something other than a 55x series one or it'll be Prohibited outright.. much like the .22lr SIG 522.
 
That with a 551 gas system and an 18.5 barrel would be perfect. If that could be put forward, I would be eternally grateful.
 
Unless it is non restricted, I really wouldn't see the point. It would be just another gun that we could only shoot at the range. If it were to be non restricted, it would become a sought after deer gun.
 
Is this the more up to date version? Because if so, it's awesome. Just needs to be NR ;)

When can we expect these? Will they be a limited run, or a regularly stocked item?
