Still taking pre orders ..
Our order and deposit was put in before the pre-order was even announced
Did you read our emails from Uzkon we posted? They told us they were looking for a Canadian UNG-12 importer and gave us pricing. We told them we'd be placing an order to take advantage of their limited time special pricing and would be proceeding with importing samples for evaluation/inspection. They never told us they were working with anyone and lead us to believe quite the opposite. We didn't claim exclusivity, but that they were only available from us (which was true at the time), which was quickly updated in any case.
It sure was convenient that the competition that decided not to proceed with the special pricing would have listed their pricing significantly less than our pricing...
We explained why we were taking orders with an FRT pending status, and this was to take advantage of the limited time price. We never hid the fact the FRT was pending, but did ensure this was prominently communicated in our listings in the days following our announcement.
Nobody is losing anything. Full refunds can be issued at any time with no questions asked.
We had an agreement with Famae but were blindsided as much as anyone. In any case we gave full refunds for anyone that asked and wanted to buy elsewhere. We only sold out of mags in October, nearly 2 years after shipment arrival. We still have buttstocks in stock. Other parts are readily obtained from the other importer anyways.
We never dealt with the T97's.

My mistake, I was trying to clear up a misunderstanding and I'm afraid that I may of further contributed to it due to my own incomplete understanding. I hadn't read your post in that thread, clearly I should of before posting. I erroneously attributed the importation of the T97's to you. Next time, I'll be sure to verify my claims before making them.
