Looks like they just replaced the carrying handle with a rail that screws onto the scope mount. No reduction in height and the same iron sights. A bit of an improvement but still nowhere near as good as the FTU. I wonder how it works with the scope mounts that were milled with a slight sideways angle like mine was.

FTU wins due to the charging handle. Reciprocating and non, both make life much easier.

It's definitely more then just putting a rail on the old carry handle and looks to be a whole new rail. The new rail is noticeably lower by about 1-1.5in since the gap between the cocking handle and the carry handle is much smaller. It's also almost twice as long since it extends all the way to the front sight.

More photos, these show the pic rail is lower than the proprietary rail on the rifle. So that looks like a decent height, but you can't mount them further back.

Logo seems to be ACP, anyone know who they are?

Coming back to this thread to comment, it actually does look interesting and I can see uses for this as an alternative to T97.ca FTU.

Probably wouldn't work well with your typical scope's eye relief, but for a red dot and magnifier it looks perfect.
