. The post 64 till mid 70's are junk and I would not trust them to stay together without a bit of work and changing out of parts (I use one of these for shooting deer). The post 64's after the mid 70's are pretty good rifles until the angle eject came out. The early angle eject was ok except for the rebounding hammer that is junk, it can be reworked with alot of patience and a little nohow. I have played with just about all the era'sActually I have, personally I don't care for them. Only my opinion.
