As a Glock lover/owner, that is why I was curious why my babies weren't more popular.

However thanks for the response, that about sums it up and ends my sleepless nights wondering what is with the magical Shadows.

If it makes you feel better the 2011 IPSC World Championship was won with a Glock 17.

+1 on the Shadow. Shooting 40 in production is giving you nothing but a handicap. If you had your heart set on the S&W then just get it and shoot standard instead.

shooting standard with a stock m&p strikes me as more of a handicap than shooting production with 40

Just did my black badge course this past weekend. There were a couple of people with the M&P on in .40 and one in 9mm. They both had the same issue as me with my XD. It is a pain in the ass to load a full (10rd) mag when you have the action closed, or a round already chambered. All three of us have bruised palms. There were also a couple shadows, they didn't have this issue. Just something to think about.

Well just went to the range and shot both the cz and the s&w. I am going with the shadow because it feels way better and I like the fiber sight on it. Now just have to wait till they come in.
